But once Virus free how does Scotland create a protective shield? Could bilateral agreements of testing on departure be it at an airport or in a test centre in England be a way forward? The test could be linked to a plane or train ticket, or a car registration number? Or is it a matter of faster responses, track, trace, test and containment?
